The Edgewater Neighborhood offers a diverse buffet, from fine Italian dining to delicious Vietnamese cuisine. There’s a place for everyone’s tastes! Local brunch spots and coffee shops are popular among our matinee-goers; meanwhile, our evening audiences find no shortage of dinner options or watering holes to host post-show get-togethers.

Accessibility

Accessibility is very important to us here at The Edge Theater, as we believe that theater is an experience to be shared by all. Both theaters were designed specifically with accessibility in mind. We offer the following accommodations in an effort to ensure every patron who enters our doors feels welcome!

house of a proscenium theater, grey chairs, well-lit, 3 doors at the far end

Seating

There are four ADA seats in the house of our fixed-seat proscenium, right in the front row. As for our black box, any stage-level seat can be removed and replaced with a wheelchair!

Black assisted listening device with headphones on a warm wood background.

Assisted Listening

Both of our theaters are outfitted with T-Coil capabilities and provide assisted listening devices for hard of hearing patrons. Never used this technology before? Box office staff is happy to give you a quick how-to.

Spacious theater lobby with dark wood laminate floors, a teal accent wall with a colorful mural on it.

Bars & Box Offices

In addition to The Edge being a single story building with entrances at sidewalk level, our lobbies feature accessible bar and box office counters for wheelchair-using patrons.
