It’s 8:30 AM. Your group is chomping at the bit for a little action. And we’ve got it for them. It's time for Organization in Action. People quickly find themselves in one of two competing organizations – CHAMPION or BEST – randomly assuming a role as either a member of a Top Executive Team, one of a cadre of Middle Managers, or part of a Worker group. The days are short. The action is furious. The pressure is on. Tops are overwhelmed. Workers aren’t getting the direction or tools they need. Middles are torn between the two. And Customers aren’t getting the service they need. Sound familiar?
